HDFC Bank holds its 37th Annual General Meeting on the 30th June 2022 at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute, Colombo 07, in the presence of the shareholders and other invitees.

The bank presented the Annual Report and Audited Financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2021.

The Bank’s Chairperson Mrs.Wasanthi Manchnayake, CEO/GM Mr.Palitha Gamage and Board members Mr. L. E. Susantha Silva, Senior Prof. A. Jayamaha, Mr. W. N. Ananda, Mr. P. A. Lionel, Mr. D. M. M. M. Wijayarathna and Mr. P. M. K. Hettiarachchi were present at the meeting.
