HDFC Bank of Sri Lanka - SMS Alerts Service

The SMS Alert Service is a service offered by the HDFC Bank that keeps the customers informed on the transactions related to the accounts via SMS notifications. When the customers register with the service, they will be informed about the transactions performed in connection with the selected accounts maintained by the customer. An Annual fee will be charged on this service.

Registration for this services can be done either at a branch of the Bank or acceptance made over the phone for registration.

In the case of a registration done over the phone, the customer is supposed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions related to SMS Alerts service.
