As part of HDFC Bank’s Financial Literacy Development Program 2026, an awareness session was successfully conducted for lottery winners at the Head Office of the Development Lotteries Board on 23rd Sep 2026.

The session was graced by the General Manager/CEO of HDFC Bank, Mr. Hemal C. Lokugeegana, who actively participated in educating the lottery winners on effective financial management and responsible utilization of their winnings.

This initiative was carried out under the guidance of Mr. Hemantha Swarnathilaka, Chairman of the Development Lotteries Board. The program was facilitated by Mr. Anura Jayarathna, General Manager of the Development Lotteries Board, whose support was instrumental in organizing the session.
