We have launched our newest minor savings account, "HDFC Green Champ," designed to secure a brighter future for the next generation.

In celebration of World Children’s day, the bank introduced this unique account across the country through all our branches.

This plan is completely different from traditional children’s savings accounts and it is specifically created to inculcate the habit of savings among children in Sri Lanka while actively promoting environmental sustainability.

All our branches joined hands to launch this special initiative simultaneously and to mark the occasion, our branches gifted a plant along with the passbook to the children who opened a new HDFC Green Champ Account.

The bank has introduced a special recognition program for school children which features a series of achievement badges rewarding them for their savings, active engagement, leadership, and positive environmental actions.
